A friend recommended Peter Tunney to us when buying our house in Tallaght. We found the experience and Peter's advice really good. He's very busy so not super responsive, but he always came back and did stay on top of things to ensure we closed on time. The price/fee relative to others we got quotes from was reasonable too, so overall we are very happy. We only needed to pop into his office once during the process to bulk sign everything, so this definitely helped save us time as we were based in North Dublin at the time.
